Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong typing, software skills & MS Office proficiency.
• 3-5 years of direct industry experience is required.
• Florida Notary Commission.
• Must be able and willing to obtain and pass background check.
• Ability to work in a high volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Resident Title Insurance License

About The Job

The closing department is looking for an experienced, energetic, detail orientated and self-motivated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills, and a desire to find solutions to help customers have a positive experience closing their real estate transactions. Must maintain client relationships by working closely with realtors, mortgage lenders/brokers, builders, buyer/sellers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review residential real estate contracts & documents.
• Review title commitments to ensure all title requirements and title matters have been properly satisfied.
• Ordering/reviewing payoff statements, homeowners association estoppel letters, surveys.
• Review and prepare ALTA/Closing Disclosures, HUD Statements and other documents related to closing.
• Working closely with Closing Teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time closing demands.
• Checking documents for accuracy.
• Ability to facilitate closings for buyers/sellers.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information while exercising excellent judgment and discretion
