ERP/CRM Consultant

The successful candidate will be involved in all Sage 300 ERP/ Sage CRM related activities of the company, from pre-sales demos, to analyzing customer’s requirements, installation, implementation, end-user training and support. Additional responsibilities include implementation project management, preparation of marketing materials, conducting on-line demos, training sessions, providing remote support and writing custom reports. This individual may also get involved in company’s software development activities, including, but not limited to, requirements analysis, application design, documentation, testing, training, and implementation.Abilities and Qualifications RequiredBachelor or Master degree in Economics, Accounts, Business Management, or a related disciplineOver 2 years’ experience as an ERP consultant for Sage 300 ERP, or SAP, or MS GPMust understand business transaction flows, processes and concepts as they relate to ERP implementationsStrong problem solving skillsStrong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishExpert in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ProjectExcellent client facing communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a teamMust have initiative, accuracy, and attention to detailWilling to travel and to be available to attend emergencies during non-working hoursHigh GPA is an advantageExperience with databases is an advantageExcellent project management, time management skills
