Your Opportunity
As HR Recruiter you will be part of our team dedicated to Staff and Manufacturing functions and you will contribute to build a passionate and diverse workforce ready to join and maintain our Legacy of high responsibility, quality and service towards our customers.
How Will You Contribute
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Candidate screening
Performing preliminary interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and universities
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Who You Are
A dynamic and communicative young professional with passion for people and 2 years of experience in HR/Training/Talent Acquisition with Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Philosophy, Economics or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Experience in the fashion/apparel/footwear industry is a plus.
You Have
Experience in recruiting and staffing
Good communication skills
Ability to interact with business leadership
Problem solving and focus on results
Ability to work under pressure
