Your role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as eQA System Expert. In your role you mainly take care of participating in global projects for eSystems (ManGo, CDMS Plus, TrackWise), regarding the implementation, enhancement, re-design, migration, validation testing of the systems and in collaboration with our Group IT, Group Quality department and LS Emprove team. You support different project teams with the necessary business documents (e.g., Change Control Records, Migration Plan, Operating Procedure) and perform Sandbox tests to check the feasibility of the IT system in pilot phases to detect areas for improvement. As Global Lead User (GLU) you roll out the eQA system in the different LS Sites together with the Site Lead User (SLU), accompany the Sites during the testing phase (UAT) and support them in case of problems or deviations. As the single point of contact between Group Quality department and the LS business, you will inform the SLU community about changes and related information of eQA Systems (updates, enhancements, changes, maintenance, system performance restrictions). You will participate in regular global eQA GLU meetings as LS representative and lead the LS SLU community. As a Training guide you create trainings in Articulate Storyline, integrate them into the curriculum in HR4You and monitor the status of the global trainings. You will run affected EVA rooms, perform content updates, and support other EVA room publisher in the organization.

Who you are:

  • Scientific degree and >5 years professional experience in a comparable position
  • Solid working knowledge of principles and concepts of quality risk management (ICH)
  • Profound Project management skills (PMP, Scrum)
  • Experience in computerized system validation (GAMP) is a plus
  • Shown good communication, organizational, presentation skills and problem-solving capacities.
  • Experience in working in international teams
  • Position requires both domestic and international travel up to 10% of time
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
