Entry Level Insurance Agent:

Responsibilities

• Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
• Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales
• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
• Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs

Qualifications

• Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license
• Basic Computer Skills required
• High School Diploma a plus
• Experience working with Customer Service a benefit

Compensation

• First Year Average $65,000

Life Insurance Managers

Responsibilities

• Servicing clients who have requested an appointment by providing them supplementary insurance benefits to their family.
• We provide extensive and ongoing training as well as a personal mentor who is available to you to ensure that you meet all of your goals.
• As a Manager, you will also have the opportunity to build and manage your own team. We encourage career development and we don’t hold people back.
• Everyone is empowered to “own” their job and we don’t micro-manage. Initiative is encouraged and rewarded so you can run with your ideas.
• While Customer Service, Sales, and Management experience is an asset, we are more interested in motivated people who are enthusiastic and driven towards success.

Qualifications

• Job seekers must already have life insurance licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to self-monitor progress against project goals and employ corrective actions as necessary
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Experience working with Customer Service required
