We need to hire “(ESG) Entrepreneurs Selection and Growth Associate” to join our team.
Associate Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate in the search and selection process of high-impact entrepreneurs in Saudi. Ensure that they meet the profile of Endeavor Entrepreneurs based on Endeavor’s globally established criteria and selection process. Primary responsibilities include building a pipeline of candidates for selection, interacting with candidates as directed by supervisors, and supporting Manager in servicing companies once selected.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Selection of highest potential entrepreneurs.
● Complete detailed and high-quality reports and financials for candidate businesses. Coach and train others in the process if and when required.
● Familiarize oneself with pipeline management tools and support office calls through note-taking and updating Salesforce.
● Prepare and train candidates for the selection panels, manage logistics, and coordinate all required calls. This includes ensuring candidate understanding of the selection process and communicating candidate progress and potential issues.
● Participate in national and international events.
2. Acceleration of entrepreneur impact through Endeavor services.
● Provide support in events, partner, and network services by helping event lead, involvement in partner communication and reporting, familiarizing oneself with entrepreneur portfolios to support calls, suggesting collaborations, and researching potential connections for companies.
● Contribute to overall management by supporting with the logistics of recruiting, running reports and dashboards regularly to monitor service delivery, and familiarizing oneself with Endeavor’s existing network.
Skills and abilities:
● Strong interest and passion for business, economics, entrepreneurship, and/or international development.
● One to three years of relevant work experience in business, consulting, entrepreneurship, venture capital, finance, or international development.
● Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
● Proficient in Arabic and English (100%), oral and written.
● High interpersonal and organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
● Strength in business areas and an understanding of finance, with an ability to identify and evaluate entrepreneurs, business models, companies, and projects.
● Flexibility and willingness to travel.
● Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
