About this role:
In the role of Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work alongside the founders and management team to support heyDatas’ mission in various areas. Your scope of activities can cover every department from marketing to product depending on where your abilities are needed the most and where you can personally grow. As an entrepreneur in residence at heyData, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn how to build a foundation of an early-stage startup and be in the driver seat of impactful projects.
Tasks
- Supporting founders and management team in operational activities of the Day-to-Day business
- Planning, coordination and implementation of own projects
- Independent execution of various operational ad-hoc tasks
- Discover business opportunities across the departments and add tasks to this job description by being curious and driven
Requirements
- The will to build heyData into the leading compliance SaaS startup
- A high degree of individual initiative and willingness to learn
- You are still enrolled (preferably in your last year) or just graduated from university – in both cases with an excellent track record
- Already gained first experience in dynamic and fast-paced work environments (e.g.: startup, VC, consultancy)
- A quick grasp combined with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
