We have an amazing opportunity to join our CHATEE Sales Team (Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe) as Account Executive Digital Experience Solutions (DX) based across our CHATEE region.

Our Sales team excels in dynamic environments, actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, and effectively presenting our range of Digital Experience Solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in enterprise-level software solution sales. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, quick-thinking, and ready to embrace the challenges of untapped markets, greenfield customers and enterprises not yet leveraging our solutions to the full extend. The Account Executive will be instrumental in generating leads, crafting persuasive sales pitches, negotiating terms and prices, and overseeing the entire sales process through strategic solution selling. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding technology company.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads and opportunities
  • Develop and implement account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate sales opportunities
  • Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers’ decision process
  • Negotiate business terms with senior management, C-level executives, and business owners
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g. Specialized Sales, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services)
  • Provide and report pipeline, forecast, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Identify and qualify opportunities of broader Adobe DX solution portfolio
  • Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products across the DX portfolio
  • Ability to identifying your potential customers’ underlying problems and unique challenges
  • Be not afraid to challenge your potential customers’ assumptions and conventional wisdom. Disrupt their status quo by introducing new ideas and perspectives that can lead to breakthrough solutions
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate cross functional resources
  • Be able to bring valuable insights and perspectives to your potential customers by staying on top of industry trends
  • Be a proficient networker. Ability to develop and use relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to position yourself as trusted advisor
