English to Ukrainian translation and proofreading of documents related to child protection

The Child Protection Area of Responsibility within the Global Protection Cluster is the global level forum for coordination and collaboration on Child Protection in humanitarian settings. The group brings together NGOs, UN agencies, academics, donors and other partners under the shared aim of facilitating a more predictable, accountable and effective Child Protection response in complex emergencies, disasters and other humanitarian crises.

The documents will be related to child protection and humanitarian work in Ukraine.

Task Description

The Global Child Protection Area of Responsibility is seeking the support of four volunteers to translate and proofread documents from English into Ukrainian (and from Ukrainian to English if needed). The topic of the documents will be related to child protection, children’s rights and humanitarian work. The volunteers will be asked to start as soon as possible. The volunteers will be able to strengthen their knowledge of child protection in emergencies during the process of translation. The work of the volunteers is highly valuable and will allow making the documents available to Ukrainian-speaking audiences.
