The Engagement Planner (EP) Team forms part of the European Consulting organisation which is responsible for delivering projects to our Clients. We are looking for an energetic Project Coordinator who can collaborate and engage with both internal and Client project Team members. We have a strong focus on working hard, being able to adapt to fast-changing situations and providing positive support ensuring the successful delivery of project implementations.

As an Engagement Planner II (EP II) your job is to provide project management analysis, coordination and support for the delivery of Cerner client projects.  This is a client-facing job and onsite activities will be required. As an EP II you will be co-managing project management tasks, such as event planning and resourcing, project financial planning and analysis, and driving change and process improvements where appropriate. With regards to financials, you are expected to report on the financial health of the project and monitor and minimize overspending, and to escalate when appropriate.  You will help to influence project success through proactive support of the entire project team and assist with Risk management and scoping processes. You will also be a point of contact for the project team.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience
  • Plus 2 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
    • 1 year in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Fluent in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium is advantageous
  • Experience with project methodology and project management is advantageous
  • Experience with project financials is advantageous

Expectations :

  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Role is based in Gothenburg/Lund
