Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking associates for our client’s Renewable Energy Project Finance group in their Houston office.
Experience
- renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power or storage, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances.
Preferred candidates will have experience representing lenders, including financial institutional and institutional investors.
Junior associates will be responsible for drafting exhibits and financial/corporate documents and be exposed to project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of the projects.
There is also the opportunity to take on a more senior role in each transaction if desired and to have direct contact with the client, the borrower and the borrower’s counsel.
