Endline assessment – Amman Jordan

Opportunity for consultancy work /Endline assessment

CARE International Organization in Jordan is seeking to select a consultant to conduct an Endline Assessment as explained in the attached TOR.

All potential applicants must fill in the table in the RFP template to help collate key data pertaining to this tender. The applicant must be clear about other expenses being claimed in relation to this consultancy and these must be specified clearly. For this consultancy all potential consultants are required to submit an assessment methodology with itinerary and timeframe (all to be adjusted, as needed, with CARE inputs, after the successful tender is selected), detailed CVs of the proposed assessment team, evidence of experience with similar assignments in the past, including references from past clients, and a detailed budget with a breakdown of unit costs (including expenses) are expected and all tax.

Quotations must include the following information without fail otherwise your application will not be accepted:

1. Completed vendor form (template in the link below)
2. Completed CARE Request for Proposal (template in the link below)
3. Technical proposal which includes:

• Detailed work plan with level of efforts.

• Lists of similar endline assessments missions for NGOs (Title, year, and NGO).

• Copies of relevant legal documents (license, commercial registrar, etc.)

• Sample of endline assessments reports prepared by the applicant/s in the last three years.

• CVs of all team members.

• References (three are preferred)

  4. Financial offer that lays out all costs associated with the assessment including professional fees, material, and service (printing, communication, etc.) and any other relevant costs (expenses).

  5. Please include whether value-added tax applies and if so, the rate and amount in the proposed budget.
