Sprout Mortgage is seeking to hire a Remote Based Encompass Administrator to support our growing organization. The Encompass Administrator is responsible for the configuration and customization of the company���������s loan origination system. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the loan origination workflow and the job functions of all operational roles that participate in that workflow. The Encompass Administrator works closely with management to evaluate business processes, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the loan origination systems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities To Include

  • Lead discovery meetings with department managers and end-users to capture requirements.
  • Provide technical direction and support in the development of processes and workflows in the use of Encompass.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and automation of existing mortgage systems and processes.
  • Design, d, test, refine, and deploy system enhancements such as business rules, custom input forms, workflows, and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions work as desired through system analysis.
  • Perform third-tier support functions to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated help desk tickets.
  • Monitor Encompass version updates and address system configuration updates where needed.
  • Complete documentation of system changes and act as a liaison to the training department to aid in the rollout of changes.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of Encompass Administration experience in configuration of all areas of Encompass settings including personas, user groups, eFolder, loan templates, reports, input form builder, and all types of business rules.
  • 3+ years of Mortgage industry experience with a strong understanding of the loan lifecycle.
  • Capacity to meet with business units, gather requirements and write a BRD.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work as needed.
