DAY-TO-DAY

Our Employment Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our program participants, as you provide high-quality case management services and help individuals overcome employment barriers. You work with “job-ready” people and may take on caseloads for those with medical barriers, students enrolled in higher education, or two-parent families.

Attentively, you conduct assessments to help participants identify their strengths, talents, and interests. Then, you develop and follow service plans that encourage participants to meet their professional goals and help them find opportunities that align with their preferences. You document participant progress and request support services when needed for matters such as childcare or transportation. Your efforts help every participant find the best jobs for them!
