Kidderminster College are recruiting a Employer Engagement Officer to support the team to sign up new and existing employers to support learners through an apprenticeship, traineeship or work experience placement.
Reporting to the Employer Engagement Manager, this is a results-oriented role. The post holder will be proactive in engaging with employers within the Wyre Forest, Worcestershire and the West Midlands generating new business for employer led provision including but not limited to apprenticeships, traineeships and work experience. In addition, the post holder will provide employers with a recruitment search and selection service. This is a fast paced role with yearly targets to be met.
