EMEA Talent Acquisition Associate

We have an exciting Talent Acquisition opportunity for a solution-focused professional. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment of diversified talent, in entry to mid-level corporate positions, in key projects roles, across portfolios and locations.

Recruiting across the EMEA region and helping solve key recruitment challenges, the key responsibilities will include:

Strategic recruitment – Identify and implement the most effective candidate attraction approaches to deliver the timely hire of top and diversified talent in our various vacancies

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to support and promote effective, fair, and inclusive selection practices
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to address key recruitment objectives and challenges
  • Deliver and promote good candidate experience, contribute to reputation and employer branding activities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
    Capability building – Support the enabling of project recruiters and their hiring managers to ensure consistent recruitment practices across teams and locations
  • Support the delivery of effective learning activities for all our colleagues involved in recruitment processes
  • Actively contribute to relevant knowledge management initiatives
    Continuous improvement – Support the strengthening of talent acquisition strategies, policies, and best practices
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and legislation
  • Support recruitment analytics activities to improve the quality of services

Required Qualifications: Skills and experience – Previous experience in recruitment

  • Knowledge of interview techniques, evaluation, and selection methods in full-cycle recruiting
  • A proactive approach and the ability to build relationships
  • Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communications and organisation skills
