Electrical Supervisor – Power & Industrial Plants (w/m/d) 80-100%

Hi and Grüezi, I’m Ivo Mästinger and I work in the Power Plants division. Our team currently consists of more than 40 engineers worldwide. Our experts support our customers in the execution of power plant projects, including engineering, construction site management, installation supervision, commissioning and much more. For example, we have been actively involved in the JAMEX power plant, UAE or in Iraq. And we also offer comprehensive services for existing plants.

My colleagues in the back office and I are in close contact with our experts in the field and our customers. We make sure that our projects are executed in a smooth and professional manner. It is important to us that we can rely on each other and that we support one another. Tasks

• Monitor erection work on electrical power systems, ensuring quality and compliance to industry standards
• Consult and advise on electrical installations in accordance to specifications of various electrical power equipment manufactures
• Plan and coordinate electrical installation activities at site involving relevant stakeholders
• Ensure excellent quality of documentation status and follow up on corrections (red correx / as-built)
• Participate and conduct site acceptance tests, ensure smooth handover to commissioning team

Requirements

• Electrical Technician or Engineering degree
• Experience of installation works in power plant, industrial, substations or any similar field
• Familiarity of working principles of electrical instrumentation and control devices
• Interest to expand installation and startup expertise on electrical power products in different fields
• Independent work style, great overall electrical power systems expertise and great drive to expand technical know-how
• Ability to communicate in english
