  • Design power systems and write specifications according to prevalent norms, standards or use cases
  • Analyze electric systems, simulate, and validate results
  • Develop testing solutions on the system model using commercial software, and validate the results for new power system projects
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to implement the designs and attend site commissioning tests as needed
  • Put together feasibility studies and develop coordination plans for renewable energy interconnections
  • Collaborate and provide technical support to a team of engineers and consultants creating solutions for energy decentralization by integrating new sources of energy and microgrids
  • Execution and leading of engineering projects with technical and/or economic focus to a variety of topics along the electric grid ecosystem
  • Customer communication, care & acquisition, and project development
  • Diversified, exciting & innovative customer projects regarding current issues

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, or related fields of study
  • 2-3 years of experience working on industrial power system projects
  • Solid understanding in Power System Analysis and Studies
  • Power system design process, load list, power flow, short-circuit, arc flash, grounding, and coordination
  • Familiar with relay protection & automation, switchgear controls and automation
  • Experience in system upgrade and refurbishment, power quality, and harmonics
  • Hands on experience working with commercial software such as ETAP, Easy Power, PSCAD, Power Factory, …
  • Knowledge National Electric Code, NFPA, and IEEE standards
  • Broad knowledge in the field of Electric Grid (market, technologies, power grid)
  • Passionate about emerging industry trends and topics.
  • Ability to understand the basics and fundamentals as well as big picture implications such as cost, differentiators, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
