Position Summary

Servtech Inc., a Roeslein Company, is seeking 2 or more experienced or trainee industrial electrical installers and electricians for our electrical assembly manaufacturing department.

Qualities/Characteristics Required To Perform This Job

• Great attention to detail
• The ability to follow verbal direction, training, and procedures
• Familiar with safe and productive use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment
• Knowledge of National Electric Code is helpful but not required
• Use basic electrical test equipment
• Follow Servtech Safety Procedures and Policies

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, lift, push, pull, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, 35 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly. Must be able to stand 90% of the time and walk 10% of the time.

Knowledge / Skill / Ability / Education / Experience

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
• Zero (0)- Two (2) years of electrical experience is preferred
• Must work well with others in a team oriented environment
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines while working safely while producing a quality product
• Experience with hand held tools and assembling parts
• Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment

Servtech Inc., a Roeslein company, anticipates an hourly rate of $20-$27 per hour for this position, depending on the applicant’s experience, education, skills, and abilities.
