As an eLearning Content Developer, you will own the end to end design of the digital learning resources and courses. You will look after instructional design, creative look & feel, user interface design inside the eLearning, taking care of the overall learning experience and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will design eLearning courses and videos, end to end, using the top available market tools and identifying the right learning method every time depending on the learning objectives, e.g. micro-courses, videos, standard eLearning courses.
• You will collaborate with colleagues from other departments to take the brief and determine the learning objectives for each project.
• You will look after creating the localized variations of our internally developed master courses: we operate in 29 countries and speak 24 languages.
• You will collaborate with other eLearning Developers in the team to deliver on joint targets.

Your secret ingredients:

• You have experience developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• You have experience using the basic tools of the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere.
• You have experience in instructional design, taking a brief and ‘raw learning materials’ and turning them into engaging online eLearning.
• You are skilled in project management, working on timelines and following through from identifying customer needs all the way to delivering agreed outcomes at high quality standards.
• You have proven organizational skills and attention for details, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well with competing demands.
• You have excellent social and networking skills and ability to understand different cultures. Highly energetic personality with balanced ego, someone who loves to build relationships and work with numerous stakeholders in a collaborative way.
• You are proficient in spoken and written English.
• You have advanced skills in MS Office Suite and in MS Teams and SharePoint websites.
