About the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative:
The Deep Tech Talent Initiative is a pioneering programme led by the European Institute of Technology and Innovation (EIT) that will skill one million people within deep tech fields over the next three years. Deep tech innovations – cutting-edge technological solutions combining fields of science and engineering in the physical, biological, and digital spheres – are indispensable in addressing the most pressing global challenges.
The initiative brings together talents with public and private organisations, industry representatives and champions, academic partners, education providers, and Member States to support the initiative.
The dedicated platform will offer a gateway to all the Initiative’s courses, and it will also present the opportunities to develop new deep tech training materials and will allow organisations and learners to interact. Its features will include Tools to match individual skill needs with available training and for matching pledgers or resources with users and learners; A technology radar and foresight tool for rapidly identifying emerging deep tech technologies and applications; and Tools to track and visualise the progress of the Deep Tech Talent Initiative.
About the position:
As Education Intern, you will be involved in driving the improvement of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Platform features and tools.
The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the features of the Deep Tech Talent platform, the needs and feedback of the different categories of users.
As Education intern you will collaborate with the Deep Tech talent Initiative project team to test, evaluate, and improve the functionalities to offer a better support and experience to the users.
Missions and key Accountabilities:
- Perform tests on the Deep Tech Talent Initiative platform (WordPress) to identify issues that need to be rectified.
- Test and improve the Customer Relationship Management System (Pipedrive CRM), identify issues to be rectified.
- Identify security risks and suggest mitigations.
- Explore the market to identify tools that would potentially benefit the DTTI platform.
- Participate in plug-in development with external providers.
- Gather and analyse simple data.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in: Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good command of IT tools (Office, WordPress, web collaborative tools),
- Fluent in English andItalian[CB1] . Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Internship agreement from the school is required.

Location:
The role location will be at Paris (France), with occasional travels to European locations. Remote work opportunities.
