L’équipe Ecosystem Development se positionne comme l’interface clé entre nos équipes stratégiques et notre écosystème de la e-santé en fournissant à la fois des insights stratégiques actionnables aux différentes équipes et des opportunités pour accélérer notre croissance.
L’équipe Ecosystem Development s’assure également que la connaissance de l’écosystème est efficacement partagée entre les équipes stratégiques et plus globalement entre tous les Doctolibers.
Ton rôle
Pleinement intégré à l’équipe Ecosystem Development tu contribueras à accélérer la croissance de Doctolib en détectant et analysant les tendances clefs du marché et les opportunités de partenariat au sein de nos marchés actuels et futurs. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes stratégiques de Doctolib (Product Strategy, Go-to-market avec un scope global) pour leur fournir des insights du marché et de l’écosystème afin de les aider à élaborer leur stratégie et à construire leur feuille de route
Missions Clés
- Tu seras responsable du process de la market intelligence allant de la curation de news à son analyse puis sa communication auprès des équipes de Doctolib:
- Analyser et partager les insights clefs pour alimenter notre stratégie et feuille de route
- Optimiser la façon dont la connaissance est partagée au sein de Doctolib
- Gérer, alimenter et aider à améliorer nos outils collaboratifs de gestion des connaissances

Les qualités attendues sont les suivantes :
- Tu es à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études ou d’un stage de seconde partie de césure.
- Tu as déjà une expérience dans le domaine de la stratégie (VC, business development dans un grand groupe ou encore société de conseil)
- Tu es intéressé par le domaine de santé et ses innovations
- Tu es organisé avec un excellent esprit d’analyse.
- Tu es curieux et force de proposition
- Tu parles couramment le français, l’anglais et l’allemand (nice to have)
- La connaissance d’outils de curation et base de données financières est un plus

More About The Team
The Ecosystem Development is looking for a new intern to join the team for 6 months.
The Ecosystem Development team’s goal is to accelerate Doctolib’s growth leveraging the business ecosystem around us. We are the key interface between Doctolib and the ecosystem. We provide strategic insights to the whole of Doctolib to shape our roadmap and we strengthen our integration within the ecosystem to identify opportunities to grow.
Your role
You will be part of the ecosystem development team to contribute to accelerating Doctolib’s growth leveraging insights and partnership opportunities from the business ecosystem on our core markets and prospective ones. In doing so you will work closely with strategy Doctolib teams such as Product Strategy and Country-level Go to Market Teams.
Key Missions
- You will be responsible for the overall market intelligence process from news curation and analysis to communication across Doctolib teams
- Analyzing and sharing the key insights related to our strategy & roadmap
- Optimizing how knowledge is shared internally
- Managing the continuous improvement of the Market Intelligence process & tools
- You will contribute on strategic projects to accelerate Doctolib’s growth, providing insights on the market to help shape the strategy and deliver the roadmap
- You will contribute to Doctolib’s integration in the e-health ecosystem by managing & identifying partnership opportunities and participating to key healthcare events

Your skills
- You are looking for a end-of-studies internship; or year-off internship
- You have a previous strategy experience either in:
- Strategy/ Business Development in Corporate / VC environments
- Consulting firms
- You have a strong interest for the healthcare ecosystem and ehealth innovation
- You are data driven and have excellent analytical mindset
- You are curious and like to have strong ownership of your projects
- You are fluent in French, English. Italian and German are a plus
- You thrive in international team environment
- Experience in leveraging strategic watch tools (news aggregator, financial databases etc) is a plus
