Early Ventures and Partnerships Administrator (12 month maternity cover)

A bit about the role:

LifeArc has put in place an ambitious new strategy to invest up to £1.3 billion to transform promising life science ideas into life-changing medical breakthroughs, to address the needs of under-served patients and bring science to life.

To contribute towards this, the Early Ventures and Partnerships teams are now seeking to hire a team administrator to work in this busy and dynamic team across these two growing parts of our organisation.

About you:

You will support the existing Executive Assistants across the Venture Investment team and Partnerships team, meeting the expanding needs of these teams at an exciting time of growth.

You will be a multi-tasker and a great communicator required to support and co-ordinate internal and external providers. You’ll work as part of a supportive team.

Education & experience:

• Excellent IT skills, specifically knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• High degree of organisational skills
• Flexible and able to effectively manage several priorities at any one time.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with using SharePoint
