Position
- Identify the business opportunities in KR ecommerce market.
- Develop business proposal and initiate communication with stakeholders.
- Work on central eCom project team and steering committee to present the progresses on the local part of project.
- Create a close relationship with the different stakeholders in IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service Center, Retail team in Central, Region and in local.
- Lead the coordination with local partners, such as 3PL, PG, Delivery, Kakao, Naver etc. and Central project team.
- Manage the switch to new eCom IT infrastructure (commerce platform, OMS, WMS, TMS, payment) from Magento as local project manager.
- Identify all local requirements and initiatives and review the gap between core model and KR specificities, including local regulations with the central project team.
- Ensure local requirements are taken into account and no backlogging issue when role- out.
- Prioritize the local request to ensure the quality of deliverables and on time implementation without any remaining requirements by efficient communication with Central project team.
- Help coordinate and conduct the trainings the change management for KR key users on the new e-commerce platform.
- Manage the backlog of KR demands post go live and help prioritize in the Central roadmap.
- Consistently identify the local innovative initiative and keep the conversation with Central team. Such as, new features, new contents, payment, premium delivery, omnichannel, Kakao and Naver service integration
- Understanding KR eCommerce trend and customer journey (UI. UX) to optimize the customer shopping experience.
- Responsible for UAT of new features from Central team project
Profile
- At least 8+ years of experience in IT project
- Experienced strong project management skills and new business development experiences
- A strong individual contributor equipped with day-to-day expertise and strategic thinking capability
- A person at ease in an agile and international environment
- Fluent in English and Korean in verbal and written
- A proactive, analytical thinking, detail-oriented person
- A professional with excellent project management, prioritization and communication skills
- Familiarity with the e-Commerce platform Salesforce and Adobe will be plus but not mandatory
- Understanding 3PL, SAP, Payment gateway, Delivery system, OMS,TMS integration
