Collinson Online Trading (COLT) is a group of small eCommerce brands born out of one of the UK’s top management consultancies, Collinson Grant. The group has grown rapidly since its inception in 2016 and is looking for a person with relevant experience and the determination to do what it takes to move it to the next level. As part of a small team, you will have a direct influence on and responsibility for the growth of the brands in terms of revenue, profitability, and brand value.

COLT Brands Limited consist of; FIYAH (Fiyah.com), Kovered (kovered.co.uk), Aurora London (aurora-london.com) and Bestvenn (Bestvenn.com).

Office hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire) and attention must be paid to the business outside of office hours.

You should be determined to succeed and have desire to progress and grow with the organisation. COLT is looking for people to join and stay for many years. It has a relatively flat management structure and the intention for this role is for it to be as autonomous as possible, whilst taking direction from the ecommerce manager.

Please know this is not a home-based role. Part of the recruitment process is a psychometric assessment that assesses numerical and verbal reasoning, along with a personality profile.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below.

  • Day to day maintenance of the website and third-party marketplace channels, ensuring our stores and product listings are up-to-date and error free
  • Ensure products are displayed correctly on all selling channels
  • Marketplace optimisation to ensure we reach our target audiences
  • Aid in continual customer and competitor research
  • Provide weekly reporting on marketplace channels
  • Continual customer journey testing and improvements
  • Day to day maintenance of the Google shopping feeds
  • Responsible for cross selling to maximise sales and aid in increases the AOV
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager with additional ad hock tasks which can include SEO, CRO & PPC

About You:

  • Minimum of 6 months within ecommerce
  • Excellent written skills
  • Experience managing third party sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy & Ebay)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Analytical skills with working knowledge of excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and a great multitasker
  • Work well within a team and autonomously
  • Positive and enthusiastic, willing to learn
  • Capable of working within a fast-paced environment
  • A sound commercial instinct
  • SEO content writing knowledge to update product descriptions (beneficial but not required)
