New products and businesses being developed, we are looking to hire an experienced Strategic Account Executive based in the US. We are searching for a high-energy and accomplished quota caring sales professional to develop our client portfolio and manage our existing clients. MISSION

Our clients are currently mostly OEMs in the smartphone industry. Your job will be to support DXOMARK in developing strategic markets : automotive industry first, then later computer, security and other consumer electronics. Land & expand : you will be in charge of promoting and selling our service and HW/SW solutions (Image, Audio, Display and Battery quality evaluation tools). Based in Austin TX, Detroit MI, Silicon Valley CA, or WA, you will be reporting to our Sales Director based in Paris and working closely with our Inside Sales and Product Marketing Team. You will be responsible for:

 

Portfolio Management

Managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, build healthy and continuous pipeline, as well as grow revenues and margin
Ensure qualification and follow-up of prospects
Develop relationships at all levels including R&D Teams, Product Marketing and Communication
Develop long standing customer relationships and optimal customer ROI through consultative sales and effective prospect and business partners management

 

Business Development

Active prospecting including cold calling, marketing, as well as attending events and networking
Organize and attend meetings to analyze the prospect’s needs and showcase DXOMARK, explaining how DXOMARK services and our lab solutions would be strategically advantageous for business (with the help of Product Marketing in Paris)
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships on the North American Market with automotive and/or laptop/tablet manufacturers (and related ecosystem: suppliers, partners …) to grow business
Find opportunities to build awareness and strengthen DXOMARK’s presence in the market in coordination with the Inside Sales and Product Marketing team in Paris.

 

Collaborate with HQ (in Paris)

Reporting business development and sales activity using CRM software (Salesforce) or other appropriate tools
Provide input to the Marketing Sales and Product Marketing teams regarding market trends, opportunities and threats, customer feedback to enhance product and service communication and help drive sales leads
Work with a broad range of internal teams (marketing, product, engineering etc…) to support sales efforts

 

PROFILE

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, you have at least 2 to 5 years’ experience in selling technical products or services (FAE or similar position), ideally in one of the following industry : silicon, chipset, IP software industry (image/audio processing…), consumer electronics manufacturers, automotive OEM. You have an existing portfolio of clients either in the automotive or the computer industry. You are a hunter with a track record of developing new business in a technical environment. You have the following qualities:

 

You have a good knowledge/understanding of digital imaging related businesses within our targeted industries
Superior interpersonal communication skills, with a flair for creative and persuasive communication
Able to understand and demonstrate the value of complex technology quickly
Most important: you are autonomous and organized. We are expecting you to take initiatives, be a problem solver and make sure HQ can follow actions in the US (reporting, sales activity tracking…)
You are customer-focused with a tenacious personality, convinced that our solutions can help our clients develop high performance products. You thrive not only in developing numbers but also client satisfaction
You are talkative with finely tuned listening skills, easy phone manner and an energetic working rhythm
You are a collaborative team player with a positive and can do attitude

 

NOTE : We do not have an office in the US, you will be working as a contractor / wage portage, remote from home with frequent travel.
