Donor Journey Automation Specialist – Geneva Switzerland

Médecins Sans Frontières en Suisse

Context

Médecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization, almost entirely privately funded, that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).

The MSF Swiss Fundraising and Communications Departments are responsible for executing integrated communications and marketing initiatives, from brand-building and awareness to donor prospecting, renewal and cultivation campaigns. Over the past three years we have been investing in building our digital capacity and technological infrastructure, with the aim of delivering more data driven, personalized and automated marketing.

The D.R.E.A.M. is a CRM system based on MS Dynamics 365 with a donor base of more than 1M records. DREAM is in its second phase of development. Based on a core that was implemented through the 1st phase of the project and is now live, a whole new set of applications is now under development. This 2nd phase of DREAM includes the integration of functionalities to run automated donor journeys across all fundraising channels.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing a database segmentation and an automated multichannel donor journey (offline and online activities), based on the parameters defined in the different acquisition and loyalty plans, and proposing improvements if opportunities to improve results are identified.

You will also implement relevant reporting mechanisms for tracking the effectiveness of these journeys and specific activities as relevant.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing automation, direct marketing and data analysis (including digital tracking).
