Job Responsibilities

• Raw materials’ supply chain operations:
• Customer order processing based on the planning cycle
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on documentation requirements
• Monitor shipping schedule (ETD/ ETA) for updates to customers and invoice job scheduling
• Support monthly financial closing process
• Support ad-hoc requests from customers and various functions
• Documentation:
• Issuance of commercial invoice according to Incoterm with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams, raw material suppliers, and banks for timely documentation processing
• Provision accurate documents to customers for cargo clearance
• Provision accurate documents to bank and Finance to facilitate payment to suppliers
• Supply Chain KPIs measurement:
• Data accuracy for KPIs measurement
• Inventory days of supply
• Back-order & backlog

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of logistics management experience
• Familiar with international trade
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal relationship management skills
• Self-awareness, and be able to deal with different nationality/ culture
