Here’s where you come in:
As DME KM and Capability Advisor, you will optimize Partnership DME capability by systematically strengthening DME competencies and building a strong CoP and knowledge management system to support information sharing and capacity building. You will set global priorities for capability strengthening and KM for DME staff. You will: develop a vibrant CoP, design and implement a DME capability strengthening system and establish KM systems and processes for DME. You will also engage and represent WV externally to share knowledge and explore how other organizations build capabilities and knowledge management.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing DME processes and knowledge management functions.
- Webinar development and virtual facilitation experience.
- Experience in staff capability development and use of competency frameworks
- Expertise in creating effective DME learning assets.
- Experience forming and nurturing virtual communities of practices Website and publication design.
- Master’s degree in monitoring and evaluation or other relevant technical area
- Knowledge Management training or certification
- Understanding of adult learning pedagogy and methodologies
- Excellent skills in document editing, formatting and publication
