Your field of responsibility
As part of the Ship Finance Special Assignments team you will get an in depth insight into current challenges in international financing by way of first hand involvement in important projects as well as gaining insight and participating in further Ship Finance initiatives. Your tasks will include
Tracking progress on project developments, conducting reviews and updating relevant systems
Preparing senior management and other regular and ad hoc reports
Working alongside and assisting banking specialists and lawyers on the amendment of complex and bespoke legacy lending contracts
Participating in conference calls with Ship Finance colleagues and other relevant stakeholders to help Ship Finance achieving its ambitious project targets
Supporting Ship Finance Special Assignments in reviewing, implementing and further developing relevant internal governance processes and providing advice to other Ship Finance colleagues
