Salary: £32,500 – £38,500 Per Annum
Location: Home-based UK
Job Type: Permanent
Job Time: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 35

The role

We are looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to use their creativity and autonomy to develop and embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion plans and activities for our people (staff, volunteers, supporters) and customers, ensuring we meet our objective of being a diverse and inclusive organisation.

What you’ll do

– Build, test & deliver continuous improvement across all DE&I initiatives.
– Drive a change mindset & build understanding of inclusive practices.
Coach & develop our passionate DE&I working group to drive necessary change.
– Ensure readiness & coordinate activities that support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
 
What you’ll need

In-depth working experience of diversity, equity and inclusion.
– Experience of engaging with & influencing to develop & implement DE&I actions.
– Good understanding of DE&I related legislation including the Equality Act 2010.
– Specialist knowledge in DE&I and ability to demonstrate change and impact.
– Experience of monitoring, reviewing & developing policies and working practices.
– A willingness to learn new skills (particularly agile working).
– A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
