Our Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning teams are the ambassadors of change and define the future of our organization and the luxury industry. You will make an impact by attracting the best talents, implementing modern and innovative people programs to create the ground for our talents to grow and unleash their full potential with us.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Learning strategy to foster a culture of high performance and impact. Together with a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Managers and Learning and Development Project Managers, you will directly contribute to acquiring and building the skills and capabilities of the future. You will work closely with the HR teams of our 8 markets across the region to achieve the regional people objectives. You will mainly:

  • Be responsible for designing and driving the Talent Acquisition Strategy for Europe, analyzing needs and ensuring an agile model that will meet business hiring needs and the growth of the Region
  • Ensure the animation of the European Talent Acquisition community, monitoring performance and addressing upskilling and performance optimization needs
  • Be responsible for driving the regional talent management strategy, ensuring the evolution of our organizational design whilst enhancing our people’s talents and skills
  • Ensure the talent roadmaps meet our business needs, introducing initiatives for best-in-class assessments, identification of key talents, key positions, development frameworks, and career paths
  • Ensure talent pipelines are built internally and externally for key people and key positions to minimize impact on the overall regional business strategy
  • Establish a culture of growth creating career development frameworks that support development and progression across all organizational levels to retain critical skills, talent and potential
  • Oversee the development and evaluation of key learning and development programs for all levels, aligning closely with the talent and business strategy
  • Implement strategies for enhancing the effectiveness of our learning initiatives and establish measurement strategies to analyze the impact of our learning and development programs on key people metrics
  • Foster and drive a data driven mindset to grow a culture of data insights to continuously enhance and refine our talent and learning solutions
  • Provide guidance and a framework during the digital transformation of the entire HR function
  • Support the HR Director Europe in key transversal regional and global projects

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Proven track record in HR (at least 10 years) with a deep understanding of HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development
  • Master/Bachelor or equivalent in business administration and/or HR
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in stakeholder management and project management
  • Strong ability to navigate in a complex, fast-paced and diverse matrix environment
  • Strategic thinking and long-term view combined with understanding of operational excellence
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to build strong and efficient teams and develop talents
  • Digital savvy and data driven decision maker
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
