Your Tasks
In order to continue our organic growth, we are constantly looking for talent.
The role has a high visibility throughout the entire local and global organization and will be instrumental growing Corden Pharma’s Project Management Organization to efficiently render services and create project deliverables to ensure superior customer experience. Sales & Operational Planning ensures the optimal use of the existing operational site resources to achieve the budgeted business portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Line management responsibility for the project management organization (PMO) and customer service with approx. 10 professionals.
- Recruit, develop and coach talent to continuously raise PM’s skill set and performance.
- Assure PM best practice standards, tools, process flows, etc., to facilitate efficient project work and optimal customer experience.
- Optimize all operational site resources applying S&OP principles to ensure the feasibility of the planned business portfolio in close collaboration with all involved departments.
- Evaluate technical information of customer enquiries in close collaboration with the operational departments, create cost proposals and align with Global Marketing.
- The Director of PM, S&OP and Customer Service reports directly to the Management Director Liestal and is an active member of the site leadership team SLT. He aligns closely with Global Project Management, Global Marketing and Business Development Functions.
Your Profile
- PhD / Master in Science or relevant technology field; PMI certification preferred.
- Mastery of project management with substantial leadership experience (> 10y)
- Expertise in chemical/analytical development, production, regulatory and cGMP; Operational Excellence /Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset; good understanding of the CDMO business and market.
- Hands-on, flexible and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment; goal oriented, delivers tangible results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and German & English language skills
- Inspiring leader taking initiative and conveying can-do spirit within project management .
