Role Responsibilities

– Lead the identification and evaluation of high-potential investment opportunities, ensuring thorough and critical due diligence investigations. – Structure and negotiate complex transactions, leveraging a profound network and deep industry knowledge to drive successful outcomes. – Develop and implement successful exit strategies, driving value creation for portfolio companies and reporting transparently on performance to management and investors.

Requirements

– Completed studies at a university or technical college, with eight to ten years of professional experience, preferably in private equity; alternatively, in investment banking or M&A consulting with PE transactions. – Proficiency in leading and critically analyzing due diligence reports; excellent and independent negotiation skills in purchase agreements, loan agreements, and shareholder agreements. – Languages: German at native speaker level, fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
