Our client is a 200 employee, privately owned software vendor with two offices in the South East.
They are looking for an experienced individual to take responsibility for a the Software Development function. This includes 4 direct reports and a team of 30 individuals. This person will be tasked with modernising development processes as well as taking a leading role in the future product roadmap.
You will have 5yrs + experience in a senior Software Development leadership role.
