THE ROLE

The Director of IS will provide strategic leadership in the design, development, implementation, and management of information technology (IT) and information management (IM) strategies. The Director plays a critical role in shaping HALO’s digital future and ensuring that its technology investments contribute to its overall success. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and effective communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure to support global operations.
• Data Management: Ensure data security, compliance, and effective utilization for business intelligence.
• Human Resources: Lead and develop the IT team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with IT vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with business units to identify and implement technology solutions.
