Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director HR Services to lead our HR functions across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, strategy development, policy and governance, payroll management, HR services, and local authority reporting obligations.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR Services Strategies that align with regional and global business objectives
• Lead and manage multiple HR functions across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
• Mentor and develop a high-performing HR Services team
• Collaborate with the Vice President Regional HR EMEA to align regional HR strategies with global standards
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR Services strategy and measure impact of initiatives
• Develop, implement, and maintain regional HR policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
• Oversee integrity, accuracy, and security of HRIS data
• Ensure compliance with local government reporting obligations

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR leadership and strategy development
• Strong understanding of local labour laws and regulations in the EMEA region
• Experience managing payroll processes and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
