The Director, Colleague Residences is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our colleague accommodation. Ensuring that Atlantis Dubai provides accommodation that is well maintained, clean and safe, whilst ensuring a good quality of life and community.

This is a diverse role which leads a large team covering arrivals and room allocation, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B in our colleague dining facilities, Transportation, managing the annual budget, OS&E, and any external services, as well as social activities. This role plays a pivotal part in our colleague welfare and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience at leadership level, managing large teams within hospitality operations, Resourceful, Solutions orientated and able to collaborate with a diverse mix of stakeholders.
