The Direct Support Staff is responsible for on-site coordination of active treatment in a consumer’s private residence, serving people with disabilities. The Personal Aide is responsible for implementing/monitoring of individual treatment plans; ensuring a safe, healthy, home-like environment; compliance with all DCH Spectrum and CMH requirements; on-going documentation and monitoring of active treatment program requirements. The Personal Aide works independently on assigned shifts.
**This is an entry-level position with pay rates up to $11.00/hr
