Summary And Expected Tasks

SAP (https://www.sap.com/about.html) is one of the largest enterprise software companies in the world, helping businesses of all sizes, in all industries run better. SAP Labs Korea (https://www.sap.com/korea/about/labs-korea.html) is SAP’s R&D-oriented subsidiary in Korea, driving strategic innovation projects for SAP and global customers.

The role of Staff (or Technical Writer) Intern will closely work with Labs Korea senior leadership team, including MD and COO of SAP Labs Korea, for business strategy and operations of SAP Labs Korea. It will help you develop a broad and deep understanding of business and operation of a large multi-national company.

One of the primary tasks of this role is to support MD office’s day-to-day administrative works, such as preparing meetings with agenda collection, moderating meetings, creating meeting minutes, and tracking the identified action items. Another important task is to support for creating internal/external documentations or video clips (e.g., Labs Korea newsletters, blogs, technical reports).

  • Good in communication (both writing and speaking; both English and Korean)
  • Interpersonal networking and teamwork
  • Eager to learn and grow with SAP Labs Korea
  • Undergraduate or graduate students are also welcomed as long as the requested tasks can be performed in parallel

Score or certificate of English language assessment test if available

Expected Work Type

  • Full time (40 hours a week) or part time (20 hours a week)
  • Hybrid work place and flexible work hours
  • 2pm~6pm is the mandatory work hour period. The other work hours can be self-organized as long as the total work hours per week is fulfilled.
  • 1~2 office days a week and allowed to choose Work-From-Home for the rest of the week
