Digital Transformation Support Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Support Officer at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is within the Women’s and Children’s Collaborative. This is a fixed term contract for one year.

The role is to support the Team in providing project support in relation to the implementation of a new electronic patient record system ensuring high quality patient care is delivered in line with the Trust’s overarching digital strategic objectives.

Undertaking this role will be both rewarding and challenging, requiring excellent facilitation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with a range of colleagues in a variety of settings.

The post holder will be required to support the digital transformation team in Maternity to provide support for a range of users. This will include planning, organisation and delivery of face to face or virtual support and coaching. Documentation and evaluation of the learning provided is also key task. Although this post is based at The James Cook University Hospital there will be the requirement to provide support at another location in Friarage Hospital.
