The Lloyd’s Register Foundation is looking to recruit a motivated, hard-working individual to coordinate with the Foundation’s Digital team to implement key digital updates across its platforms.

This will be a Fixed-term Employee position for one year with a view to making this permanent after the initial contract has been completed.

What is the role?

The Digital Project Coordinator role will be responsible for implementing various aspects of digital coordination and platform development for the Foundation. This includes coordinating the launch of new digital content and platforms while ensuring compliance with the Foundation’s Digital Commissioning Framework and collaborating with relevant partners. The role also involves supporting the migration of content to a new website platform, maintaining relationships with digital contractors and agencies, and conducting security assessments with Lloyd’s Register Group IS. Additionally, it includes providing support to colleagues, grant holders, and stakeholders, as well as handling the Foundation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and monitoring digital project requests via the Digital Commissioning Framework and Ideation form.

The role will be managed by the Foundation’s Head of Digital Development, with onboarding supported by Digital Team members.

Technical, professional qualifications and requirements:

  • The applicant must have experience in website management and CRM systems, as well as general proficiency in digital (emerging trends, systems, audience engagement practices etc)
  • Experience in working within digital within the non-profit sector would be beneficial but is not a requirement
  • Good personable communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Awareness of GDPR protocols
  • A basic understanding of standard Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) practices
  • Good administrative skills and task management
  • Experience in Office 365 programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Vive Engage (Yammer)
  • Flexible approach to adjust the role as the position develops
