Digital Project Coordinator – F&B

Reports to: Digital Business Project Manager

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, Full-Time

Your role @CHANEL: Manage in-store digital application | Ensure stability of digital app | Project Management

You are keen to play a pivotal role in the implentation and maintenance of Digital projects/tools across in store data capture tools and online e-Business platforms, ensuring stability and flagging areas of potential innovation.

This role will work cross functionally with several local departments including IT, Marketing, Design, CRM, Retail, Sales and the UK Region teams as well as liaising with external agencies.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

Manage in-store digital application: Support the Digital team with the seamless operational run of digital tools/platforms that provides key Client insight into shopping behaviours in retail locations and online.

• Capture, refine, and brief enhancements or new business requirements to third party software agency to maintain or improve the in-store digital application.
• Experienced use of JIRA software to flag and manage software issues and track developmental progress on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate closely with IT team for efficient management of hardware issues, new store openings and store closures.
• Coordinate full end-to-end digital testing, non-regression testing and new feature testing in-store application.
• Produce and manage training guides/videos and new feature documentation for relevant teams on the enhancements and updates of the digital software.
• Administer face-to-face or virtual training for Area Managers to train and support in-store Beauty Advisors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerBI, JIRA & iOS software.
