CRISC, CBCP certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other related certifications.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

  • Functioning as PwC Digital Operations point of contact related to Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery;
  • Formalizing disaster recovery program for PwC Digital Operations including documentation, procedures, gap identification, testing, education, and advocacy;
  • Planning and directing periodic disaster recovery tests, either table top or physical which requires reestablishing the information systems capability at a remote site;
  • Day-to-day maintenancing day -to-day Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity/Recovery Plans, including initiation, tracking, and audit of plan review and approval process;
  • Auditing BC/DR plans and response documentation for accuracy and completeness regularly;
  • Helping to ensure that Business Resilience data and processes are aligned and integrated with other facets of PwC Products & Technology, including Digital and PwC Technology / Network Information Security;
  • Providing consultation to Digital product teams in handling client inquiries on BC/DR; and,
  • Having Experience in the establishment and managing the development, implementation and maintenance of solutions to include disaster recovery planning and maintenance, coordination of recovery exercises, and ongoing process improvement.,

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Being able to build and leverage internal and external relationships, facilitate decisions and results at all levels of the enterprise, and drive strategies and projects to solution;
  • Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills applied to both technical and business challenges;
  • Possessing knowledge of applicable practices and laws relating to data privacy and protection;
  • Possessing general knowledge of modern software development, application environments, cloud computing, etc.;
  • Having project management experience;
  • Having the ability to manage and work in fast paced dynamic environments;
  • Demonstrating effective leadership and communication skills;
  • Having experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Demonstrating results orientation, initiative, attention to detail, and customer service orientation; and,
  • Possessing proven written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
