We’re looking for a dedicated product manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys having the freedom to directly own and impact the digital products of HAIR&SKIN. You will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and improving the overall user experience for our customers.

Tasks

• Supervise the development, maintenance, and optimization of HAIR&SKIN’s digital products to ensure they effectively align with our business goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Drive user and competitive research and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis and understanding of the market.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Developers, Business) to design, scope, and implement core features that result in an outstanding customer experience.
• Drive the execution of product development projects from inception to launch.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in agile product environments with multiple successful launches.
• You are a proactive problem solver deeply invested in understanding user issues and delivering value.
• You possess a passion for crafting world-class customer experiences.
• Your storytelling skills enable effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, facilitating decision-making at all levels.
• Proficient in obtaining and translating data into actionable insights.
• You exhibit a strong bias for action, a hands-on mentality, and a stress-resistant attitude.
• Resourceful, self-starting, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Experience in operations and familiarity with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
