What you���������ll do!
- Responsible for managing end to end operationalization process of Cytiva IoT solution including implementation, maintenance and improvement of this process.
- Evaluate existing digital processes and recommend simplification, standardization and improvement approaches that will increase operational efficiency within service Technology operations and digital enablement workflows. Develop metrics/KPIs.
- Act as a change leader, proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs
- Understand how the process fits into big picture and overall goals of the organization and drive process design to delivery in collaboration with Cytiva Digital team and IT
- Be Data driven, leverage data insights to suggest process improvements, determining key performance indicators and measuring business benefits.</lDevelop clear and simple documentation of the process and ensure this documentation is updated as the process evolves including creating process maps
- Provide stakeholders with visibility into the process, how and what groups are affected and what inputs and outputs are involved in the process design
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Computers, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field required. Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business management systems, process improvements, or project management. Consulting experience in operational and digital space is a plus
- Should have experience in application of Six Sigma/lean methodologies
- Understanding of IoT and Digital space
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and have the ability to influence others
- Good facilitation/presentation skills
