**Digital Performance Analyst Location: UK flexible (hybrid role working between home and office) Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: Up to £37,458 (plus £3,344 Inner London Weighting if applicable)

Are you an insightful and commercially minded Analyst with a passion for web analytics and data and insight? Could you help the British Red Cross put users at the centre of everything we do and make data-driven decisions?**

We are recruiting a Digital Performance Analyst within the Digital team in our Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) Directorate to work across the organisation – providing solutions and services that help us to deliver our strategies and goals, all to maximise our meaningful impact and insight to people in crisis in the UK.

What you will be doing?

You will be goal-oriented and focused on utilising multi-platform data across all assets within the digital estate to optimise conversion rates. You will implement, collect, analyse, and present meaningful performance data and insight, including user interaction behaviour and user research.

You will be a power user of tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), HotJar and cookie consent tools (like OneTrust) , and fully familiar with Multi-Variant Testing (MVT) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.

You will help colleagues build an understanding of our diverse audiences and service users providing practical recommendations to meet defined goals.

As well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you will be comfortable with the design and presentation of your recommendations to key stakeholders.

This role could be for you if…

  • You have experience of working in a web analytics role and ideally having operated within a large scale charitable organisation
  • You have strong knowledge of data analysis, web analytics and visualisation tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio or Air Table
  • Experienced user of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and other analytical software
  • Visualising and presenting complex data to non-technical audiences is something you enjoy
  • You can produce reports from a variety of data sources to provide options and make recommendations
