Our team is proudly multicultural and multinational because that kind of diverse representation gives us the global mindset to grow and impact the people, markets, and trends around us.Come join us to live well, work better, and be the best.Job Description Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Reports to: Regional Digital Manager Department: Corporate Marketing Location: Al-Futtaim Malls Corporate OficeJob PurposeTo prepare and deliver all digital assets to the correct technical, design and content specifications, ensuring that Service Level Agreements and the digital marketing objectives of all our assets within the Group are met.Key Accountabilities Malls Website and Festival Rewards Works closely with Marketing Team to update content on the Festival City Mall���s website and Festival Rewards and any affiliated microsites, and provides copyediting/proofreading assistance. Departments are primarily responsible for developing and generating content, but this role provides collaborative and proactive oversight and guidance to streamline process. Develops and implements editorial calendar and create the overall content strategy and integrating Festival City Mall���s communications and marketing plans and e-communications and social media schedules. Works with Marketing Team to maintain Website and App events and offer calendar. Keeps up-to-date on best practices for digital communications and on the forefront of trends, technology, media and best practices in managing web content and responsive design. Works with the Marketing team to identify potential areas of improvement and recommend implementation strategies. Will debug issues that arise with the performance of the website and app in collaboration with the IT Department or relevant vendors. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands and performance expectations. Ensures all web contributors are trained and up-to-date on site���s functionality and content update process. Using Al-Futtaim Malls branding guidelines, oversees graphic standards for Website. SEO/SEM and Email Marketing Suggest and write content, based on best practice, including SEO, to engage our key audiences, increase brand awareness and drive leads across our product offerings. Monitoring and advising on best practice technical SEO techniques for the development team to implement Developing and adopting outreach strategies to build quality links Liaise with key stakeholders in the Digital Team, Media Relations, Social Media, Policy, Insights and Marketing, to advise on digital content opportunities, in line with strategic objectives. Champion SEO/SEM best practice across Al-Futtaim Malls, including training stakeholders on tone of voice, brand and writing style, to ensure consistency across all platforms. Ensure that all resources are utilised effectively and responsibly, through a culture of continuous improvement which delivers value for money and quality service standards. Digital Wayfinding and Advertising Coordinate with both team members and tenant to make sure all our digital advertising screens are up to date. Ensure wayfinding content are correct and delivers the correct directional instructions to our customers. Content Strategy Develop and rollout an annual content strategy for all asset���s digital platforms such as: Website Wayfinding WIFI CRM Gift Card Measure effectiveness of content. Ability to update and rollout if needed. Regional Projects/Others B e part on all regional digital projects and contribute to the overall success of all planned deliverables JOB CONTEXT Preparation and ownership of digital budget. Project Management Operating within agreed budget- Minimising costs and optimising ROI Negotiation with suppliers Identification of suitable technology partnership and opportunities Liaise with external parties and getting the necessary leverage/ exposure for the company Retailer interaction, meetings, and presentations Preparation of debrief documents Preparation of digital presentations Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Proven experience in digital content management and social media in an agency or consumer branding environment Strong understanding the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop Al-Futtaim Malls asset Broader digital marketing skills encompassing keyword generation, Pay-Per-Click marketing and banner advertising Hands on SEO Experience within a Digitally focused role Knowledge in content management systems such as IBM WebSphere, HCL, WordPress, CodeIgniter or Drupal A technologist. Ability to technically asses any potential digital or technology driven projects Ability to read and understand data and being be able to generate insights out of it. A good working knowledge of web analytics, Photoshop/Illustrator and HTML/CSS Behavioural Competencies Team Player Planning and organising is a must, with detail orientation The flexibility to change and adapt to the rapid speed of the industry Self-motivator.
