Job Description & Summary
A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Business Analysis – Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you’ll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.

- The Digital Marketing Lead will take ownership and be accountable for;
- Establishing the Communication Strategy and Roadmap in
conjunction with the Tech Services Leads
- Internal marketing of Technology Services across PwC Middle
East
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing
programs across all digital channels, including internal firm
communication; marketing, email, social media and display
advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business
priorities
- Working with the Emtech team to create human centered
experiences in technology
- Supporting the Innovation pillar to define user personas, map
their journey, highlight where pain points and engagement levels
are needed
- Supporting client tours and workshops in the Experience Center
by showcasing demos and the story built around them
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all digital
assets, including the Tech Majlis (walk up support experience
centre) and firm social touch points
- Planning and controlling of the digital marketing budget and
spending by allocating budgets to different channels
- Maintaining and evolving our IT communication channels
- Business / Operational communications; the process and
mechanisms plus advising, drafting, proof reading, editing
- Planning, editing and writing content for a variety of internal
- A BA in journalism, communications, public relations or
marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are acceptable
Fluency in spoken and written English
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a communications team, especially internal
communication, for a large organisation is most sought after.
- Experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also
desired
- General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial
- Prior management of complex projects and advising senior
managers
communication mediums
- Engaging internal suppliers, storyboarding or translating ideas to
the creative teams
- Working with 3 rd parties when appropriate e.g. video production
agencies, print suppliers
- Establishing relationships with the Comms Community of
Practice and Leaders within the firm
- Supporting and cascading communications from elsewhere across
the firm which our people need to be aware of or action e.g.
People/HC matters
- Drafting messages or scripts from senior leaders for presentation
to employees
- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver
actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly
reports on the digital marketing portfolio
- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to
drive strategies and improve customer engagement
- The ability to relay the team / organizational goals and values to
employees
