Location: (Remote) Head office in Bristol
The role will have the ability to strategically influence and drive the design and development of the digital learning experience and become a core member of our Learning and Development team. In various modalities this will include reviewing and managing the implementation of a Global Learning Management System (LMS), designing online training courses, explainer videos, screen captures, infographics, and user guides. Collaborating with internal clients, business partners, end users and SMEs to translate business needs into learning and development solutions and provide high quality customer service.
Indicators:
- Lead, design and develop digital learning solutions using a combination of media, including text, graphics, animation, audio, video, and interactive eLearning content.
- Ensure alignment of learning solutions to learner needs, learning objectives, business outcomes, and the overall employee learning experience across all functions.
- Develop and implement a Global Learning Management System (LMS) and manage both platform and functions such as learner licenses, course publishing, curriculum learning paths, course schedule and enrolment, troubleshooting user/content errors, and generating reports.
- Facilitate classroom and webinar training sessions
Knowledge of:
- Adobe CC (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Experience working on global initiatives
- Audio/Video recording and editing experience (ProTools, Premiere Pro)
- Project Management
